Problem regarding software update

I am using s25 ultra indian version i have not recieved 8.5 stable version it is showing beta only

Brother service center is saying that they have to do some binary update, which will take one hour. Is that right?

Yes true bro...for me it took 2 hours...don't worry...but take proper back of your data...when they return all the data will be wiped off....so take proper backup before giving phone to Service Center
