I am experiencing low audio volume from the top speaker of my recently acquired Samsung S23 during phone calls and ringtone alerts. However, the audio functions normally when playing music. The device has been updated to the latest July update. Kindly provide a solution to rectify this problem.
am having Galaxy Z Fold 5. Since last 5 days Samsung Music App is not supporting m4a file on the device whereas earlier it was supporting. Plz guide and resolve the issue. Thanks n Regards
