Bro, why i am not getting this option in gallery of my s25 ultra even after installing latest beta update which is 5 for india and 6 for countries like south korea and Usa.

Go to About Gallery, Press version number several times so it will unlock Gallery Labs feature which will show below About Gallery. Then in Gallery Labs ON Private Album option...
