Premium Devices Deserve Better Quality Accessories

I'm a huge Samsung Fanboy. But admittedly Samsung has left me disappointed. I'm annoyed at the quality of the accessories. My fold 4 has the Original Samsung Case, The part on the cover screen spontaneously pops off, this is most notable and irritating when unfolding the device. Today I bought the Clear View case for the S23 Ultra and it too is dismal. The cover that flips over the screen seems very flimsy. It does not stay closed. It even looks flimsy. The fact that these accessories don't come with the devices that demand these premium price tags is disappointing. Even more disappointing is that the accessories are terrible. Am I being OTT by wanting my money back? I'd be interested in hearing some other opinions

Don't buy accessories from them. Just buy from 3rd parties

Their accessories ARE trash. I bought three of their cases when I purchased my ultra too and it was a mission getting them on and off as they were very very tight fitting. So much so that two of the cases got cracked and the supposedly leather case got scratches. Other people have complained of the same issues.

Anyway I decided to cancel the entire purchase including the cases.
