Hi, how do I get the R1000.00 voucher? I pre-ordered my device from Vodacom within the promotion period and your page says that the R1000.00 voucher will show under "benefits" if im reading correctly. However, it only allows me to redeem the free accessories

oh no, that's a little disappointing. The samsung rep at the Vodacom store did not tell me that. I was told that I should upgrade my contract before 4th Feb 2021 to get the Buds, Tag & Care +, also I'll get a R1000.00 online voucher if I do all of this in the promotion period.
