APP INFO [NETFLIX] > SELECT 3DOTS AT CORNER > UNINSTALL ALL UPDATES
NOW AGAIN UPDATE APP !

Thank you I did all. But nothing works. I tried to clear cache clear data, deleted the update, restarted the phone. Nothing works

Then uninstall and reinstall from galaxy store

Also,if feasible,perform reset apps preferences

Settings>apps>click 3 dots at top right corner>select reset apps preferences
