Step 1 : Insert pre-booking SIM Card
Step 2 : Download and Install Samsung Shop App from Google Playstore
Step 3 : Open Samsung Shop App. Go to "For You" tab and click on "SEE IF I'M ELIGIBLE"
Step 4 : Allow Samsung Shop App to Make and Manage Phone Call Permission
Step 5 : Enter Mobile Number as per instruction
Step 6 : App will auto read OTP
Step 7 : Eligible mobile numbers will now see "See All Offers" button. Click here to go to product selection screen
Step 8 : Select Galaxy Buds or Galaxy Watch from the list and click on Buy Now
Step 9 : Product will be added to cart at the discounted price
Step 10 : Enter Address, Payment Mode & click "Place Order"
Step 11 : You will receive order confirmation!

Did all that, but I get popup message, "your device not eligible for this promotion" after otp verification.

Conditions Apply...
1) Device must be pre-booked and then purchased!
2) The mobile number must be same for pre-booking, post purchase registration and first time mobile activation.
3) The email submitted during pre-booking and for logging in to Samsung shop app should be same.
4) It'll be better if you put the desired sim in sim slot one.(optional)

No luck in redemption of prebooking offer. Told me to reinstall shop app thrice. Getting same message Device isn't eligible 😡😡
