Galaxy SYou can visit service centre for repair. Problem 1 is due to battery calibration it cannot be solved.
I hope it will help you. My father also faced such battery problem with S21U when battery level reaches 8%

Galaxy SOld phone works much better....
I have s10 which is more than 3 years when it reached to 5% it least works more than 20 min Screen On time.
