Samsung promised 3 years Android update,

 Phone was rolled out with Android 11 when I purchased it, need the Android 14 update on my phone now, been waiting for it since few months when I see even cheaper Samsung phones getting one UI 6.0 but my phone ain't getting it.

 Even the update roll out list had devices where it mentioned Samsung S20 FE 5G in it, don't avoid this Samsung, had high hopes in you, don't make me shift on other companies.

 It's not only me but you're also disappointing other consumers who purchased the Samsung S20 FE 5G and now are expecting Android 14 update in it.

Samsung won't provide android 14 for your device
If they had plans to give oneui 6 for your device, they would have given you already 🙄
Please just don't waste your energy by waiting and complaining about the OneUI 6 update
Simply just root your device and unlock all the flagship features
Or flash ported OneUI 6 for S20 FE 5G or use custom rom
