Please improve night photography

Details are missing. Tried Night mode with a max time.

Taken with night mode at 9pm night from my terrace...

I took it with a very low light condition.

Even i took them in complete darkness :)

I've 10% of lighting

Mine was completely dark😂

For your kind information, the road was only lit up by the light...
The other objects including the house & the buildings were completely dark...
& see the sky shot, literally there's no light nothing
