Play store apps are not upgrading after one ui 6.1 upgrade

Recently my Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra received One UI 6.1 updates. After updates, some of the play store apps are not upgrading. Upgrade is failing for these apps. Has anyone observed similar behavior? Let me know if there's any solution. Thanks.

Same for me in S23. Reset doesn't help long.

Also if you uninstall and app that is not upgrading then even reinstalling is not working.

Solution is to disable app scaning under security and privacy for app protection
