Whenever I update applications or install new apps from play store it automatically opens the app I installed after installing what should I do?

It's a new feature built into google play services. You can't turn it off.

No don't worry nothing's wrong with your phone or it's software. Some apps like Ola, Cliq, Amazon etc. they do this. They are designed that way. I'm also having same trouble with those apps. Don't worry.

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> Google play store >> Clear data.
- Setup the Google play store again.
