I am facing issues while updating apps from Google Play Store. The same error showing for new installations as well. Any one facing similar issue, any solution?

Its not permanent you can try it another day or after force stopping the play store

You can try to turn of app scanning and auto blocker from security setting to resolve this issue in case of app persmission denied by these

Turning off App scanning seems to work, auto blocker was already off. But what is this app scanning & is it recommended to keep it off?

No, app scanning is services provided by McAfee in collaboration with samsung
While downloading apps they require permissions for proper woking but these permissions are some time not granted to the app which require some additional permissions by these scanners

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

● Settings> apps > playstore > storage > clear cache.

● Setting >Network preference > auto update apps > Turn on Don't auto update apps.

1) Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
2) At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3) Tap Settings and then About and then Play Store version.
4) You’ll get a message that tells you if the Play Store is up to date. Tap Got it.
If an update is available, it will automatically download and install in a few minutes.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Compser> Select error report> select the appriopriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
