Galaxy SI am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the performance of one Samsung devices I own.
The Samsung S22 Plus. Despite my long-standing loyalty to the Samsung brand, the recent issues with these devices have severely undermined my trust in the quality and reliability of your products.
Samsung S22 Plus Issue - I purchased the Samsung S22 Plus with the expectation of a premium experience, given its high-end specifications and cost. However, my experience has been marred by a persistent vertical pink line that has appeared on the screen. This line appeared suddenly when recently software update and has not been resolved despite my attempts at troubleshooting, including restarting the phone, updating the software, booting in Safe Mode, running display tests. All these efforts have been to no avail, indicating a probable hardware defect & approached to service raising of job sheet also about this issue. Their is no response from customer care numbers they simply feedback & told it is chargeable.Howcome it is charge for customer like for only update of your own software.It is not a physical damage from my side.Kindly go through my letter hope I will get a response ASAP.
