After the latest update, my Samsung S23 developed a pink line on the display. When I reached out to Samsung, they claimed this was the first time such an issue occurred with the S23 and refused to provide a replacement. Since my warranty was expired, they declined any assistance. As a loyal Samsung customer, I am extremely disappointed by this response. It is frustrating that a samsung

 device has such issues, yet Samsung is unwilling to take responsibility. Is this how they treat their customers?

Out of warranty, when I purchase i paid 8k for accidentally warranty that I never claimed. Atleast they should consider that

☹️evenif it is out of warranty, this is not because of our mistake right? They also confirmed that, there is no physical damage to my phone.
