I've got a pink line on my S23 from nowhere after 2 weeks of march updation. There is no physical damage till now. The warranty has expired about 4 months ago. Will i get a free screen replacement? cus it is not even my fault and i think it might be some software issues.
There will be one UI 7 updation coming after few days. Will it resolve after the new updation.?
Is there anyone facing same issue as mine.?

It won't be resolved with an update because it's a hardware issue. Visit any service center and ask for a replacement.

Firstly you have to assured that whether this issues with same model have in large scale or only few got affected. If its in large scale then your phone eligible to free screen replacement subject to your phone must not be more than 2 year old phone. 1) Do call to Samsung Care & informed them. 2)If On call , they agree or not to replace your screen free of cost , visit nearest Customer Care center & request them to replace screen free of cost. 3)if on both (Call & visiting Service center) they don't agree to replace screen. Then, its up to you ,whether you want to pay out of pocket exps to fix it or not . 4) The last option also to file complaint against Samsung in consumer forum but it time taking, some of cases i see that Consumer court gave judgement in favour of Customer.

If you find it useful then accept it solution 😊

My phone is 1 year and 5 months old.I've planning to visit the service center next day. If the things are not favorable I'm looking forward for register a consumer complaint.

Btw thanks for the tips❤

Till now free replacement is only available for s21 series and s22 ultra ( for ultra the lines need to be horizontal not vertical)

Next they might provide free replacement for whole s22 series and s23 ultra ( for horizontal lines )

Then after a year or so they might provide free replacement for s23 .
Go to service center get the job sheet and complaint in consumer court .
Let us know what happens...
