Pink Line Issue on S23 After Software Update – No Physical Damage

Hello Samsung Members,

I'm facing a frustrating issue with my Galaxy S23. After investing in this premium device, I expected top-tier performance and reliability. However, after a recent software update, a pink line suddenly appeared on my display.

There has been no physical damage, no drops, or pressure on the screen. The phone was in perfect condition until this happened right after the update.

A premium flagship device developing such an issue without any mishandling is quite disappointing. I’ve seen multiple users reporting similar problems after updates on different models, and I hope Samsung acknowledges this as a software or display defect and provides a free screen replacement or an official fix.

Has anyone else experienced this on their S23? Any help or guidance from the community or Samsung moderators would be appreciated.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

This issue isspreading like a virus. Its been all over the place. Even i see so many people posting it on linkedin.
I had got a same issue(green line). Got my screen replaced for free(had to pay service charge - this is the minimum you have to pay).
Getting a replacement is not easy though.
Also if you get a replacement make sure you get a clear shot of your SPen from all angles before submitting your phone for repair. My SPen is damaged after screen replacement and when contacted again they are denying replacement. Just within a week when I tried to open the pen I couldn't as the pen cover was somewhat melted

Post as much as possible in every channel possible asking people not to buy their flagship phones.
Many people are being denied screen replacements for minor scratches on the phone. S23 display costs around 19k 😕

My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you will get positive reply first you must get job card. Samsung people will not help you have to fight it
