I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. After updating my device to One UI 7, a pink line suddenly appeared on the display. This issue was not present before the update and occurred immediately afterward, indicating that it is a software-induced hardware fault and not due to physical damage or mishandling.

I have also found that many other Samsung users are reporting the same problem after recent updates, which points to a widespread defect caused by Samsung’s software and device design.

As a loyal Samsung customer, I am extremely disappointed that such a premium flagship device has developed this issue due to no fault of mine. This clearly falls under Samsung’s responsibility, and I respectfully request:

1. Free display replacement/repair for my Galaxy S22 Ultra.

2. A prompt resolution and assurance that similar cases will be handled fairly for affected customers.

I have lost all the trust in samsung devices. Such a shame that samsung rejects its own mistake and the customers are forced to bare the repair cost.
