Picture in Picture Mode

In my S9, Picture in Picture mode in YouTube is not working. Why?? 

When I tap hope button it close the app.. any solution??

YouTube picture-in-picture mode is only available in YouTube Premium in India.

You can use Samsung's signature multi window feature i.e., pop-up window and experience much more than picture-in -picture.
