Photos and videos keeps stopping

Whenever I trying add or upload some image or videos in any ap plication like gmail,galaxy enhancex and many other application there is a error occurs "Photos and videos keeps stopping" mess and that application is close or crashed. I tried many time cle age pop- up ar cache but nothing will be change same error occurs repeated . What can i do for this

Clear app cache and data: Go to Settings > Apps > Photos and Videos > Storage and clear the cache and data. This can help if the app's data is corrupted.

Check storage space: Check for you have enough free space on your device.
