Can someone tell me why am i unable to share the photographs from "gallery" to whatsapp?

When shared the files get converted from .jpg format to .gpx format, though i am able to share the files by selecting them from whatsapp media.

The receiver has a non samsung phone and is unable to view or open these files as well

easy fix, you must have turned on auto blocker + maximum restrictions. Turn off maximum restrictions and it'll send files normally

Oh thank you for that, But i dont wanna turn it off, i think i should try removing location data and then see if it works

maximum restrictions aren't really useful,
app protection is already offered by play store
admin apps are only a thing if your device is given to u by ur company
auto download and hyperlink preview only works for normal messages
sharing pictures to any social media the apps already remove any data from the image. try sending image to someone on WhatsApp and then save it to galaxy, it would have nothing unless u send it as a document

Nope, it doesnt work, so the only way will be by sharing pics from whatsapp media only, thx for the help btw
