Photo sharing issue

Hello Member,

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra phone and I updated the system on 6th of December to One UI 6.1 version. So, now when I share a image to whatsapp, it gets converted to BIN file.

Now if I do the same from Googke photos it gets shared normally.

Any solution anyone can peovide me for this?

This is because you turned on Maximum restriction.
Follow these steps to turn it off :
1. Go to "Settings".
2. Click "Security and privacy".
3. Then click "Auto blocker".
4. Then turn off the "Maximum restriction".

● Disable Auto Blocker: Settings> Security and Privacy> Auto Blocker> Then turn it Off.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
