I have vi postpaid plan, and i use s21fe for last 7 months.. Recently encountered a weird problem..phone starts ringing after 5 to 6 seconds..on other side, call connected and started ringing but my phone remained blank,after 5 to 6 seconds it shows incoming call...I tried network reset,problem not solved,,its not sim or vi problem, because i inserted my sim on other mobile and there is no problem at all..Samsung seriously became pathetic and make mobiles crippling to force us to upgrade...Dont give 100 useless features to toy around,mobile is useful official tool,not only for gaming and movie watching.make the software stable..Rubbish,only good thing is one ui,but it only cant make me to lurk around samsung **bleep** mobiles.

Try factory reset. For me also this problem existed and after resetting the phone it works fine.

If for every issue I have to do factory reset,its really cumbersome to back up data in laptop then after resetting again do it in mobile..no sd card slot is a bummer...Samsung@@@@
