I have raised a concern that my S8+ is getting switched off automatically after the new updates. Samsung help desk team is asking me to send screen shot of it, I am surprised how to take screen shot of same phone while it is switched off.🤔 Instead of resolving the issue Samsung team is dragging it by asking irrelevant data.

if it's still in warranty I suggest u go to nearest service center...tell them to replace the pcb+battery+display...they should do that for free since it's still in warranty!
display replacement since I can bet it has some sort of burn in...in technical term tell them its ghost images!
