Phone automatically keeps calling last dialled number

Hi Everyone, 

My phone keeps automatically calling the last dialled number whenever a location based Routine runs. Like whenever I travel from my office to home or vice versa. It's been happening since my S9+. Happened in my Note 20 Ultra as well, now it's continuing in my S22 Ultra. I've checked various logs and app access logs as well but unable to find the exact cause. Any help/insight would be appreciated. Almost 6+ years with this problem.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
