I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing a recurring issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23. After watching 2-3 reels on Instagram, my phone freezes, and within a minute, it automatically restarts. This issue happens consistently, and I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Uninstalled and reinstalled Instagram – The issue persists.
Cleared the Instagram app cache – The problem continues.
Checked for software updates – Both Instagram and system software are up to date.
Booted into Safe Mode – The issue still occurred.
Checked for third-party app conflicts – There was no noticeable difference after disabling recent apps.
This issue is quite frustrating as it disrupts my use of the phone and happens frequently after watching Instagram reels.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this problem. Could you kindly investigate further and suggest any possible solutions?

As per your concern, you have already done the possible troubleshooting steps and the issue remains unresolved, we kindly request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.
To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
