Pending UI7 update for S23 ULTRA

Hi Members, 

I have not yet received UI7 update till now. I bought my S23U from New Zealand and I reside in India. 

So my question is are we expecting the update to rollout entirely for New Zealand users or am I not getting the update since the model I use is currently in India is the issue????

There are lot of bug in one Ui 7 in which almost all user are facing issues , you are lucky for not getting one ui 7.
