PUBG mobile lags when using Dolby atmos for gaming.

I have been experiencing this issue from the very first day. I have a S10+ which i have been using for playing pubg mobile. But the phone lags and FPS are dropped when dolby atmos for gaming is switched on. Switching it off temporarily fixes the issue. 

I believe we expect a better performance from a 74k smartphone. Please developer team. Fix this with a software update.

its common standards of any app developer and development is that if there is an issue which is not vendor developed than User need to report it to creators or developers of that app not the vendor of the device nor android developers will entertain your report

it will be rejected at first place if the issue reported to samsung or android team . first it should be reported to pubg team than only of necessary pubg team will contact Samsung or android team for further enhancement or line of code rectification

read the pubg issues reporting manual , there you will see why manufacturer of device or android team will not entertain any issue in that game

I am not going against any1..but it's samsung fault:
First, S series phones means, premium flagship series which should/must give all round performance without any fail.

Second, before launching any product, it's companies responsibility to take care of such things, they should have tested it for such games, because samsung must be knowing that how important is this game for the users who will gonna buy this phone for gaming purpose.

They should have optimized their hardware to handle such games smoothly,but they failed in doing so.

If the same game is working like a butter smooth on other phones then how come samsung is not responsible? This clearly indicates that samsung failed in understanding the actual need of consumers, which other companies are doing in a fruitful way.

I agree, that in future, whenever PUBG developers will be releasing updates, then they should take care of different phones and their hardwares, but initially it was Samsung's duty and they should have taken these things into consideration before launching this device.

No its not responsibility of hardware manufacturer. its on the developers team of the app cause they have all environment ready to test with their app

prior to market these developers get the entire device to test their apps even the android os releases shipped to all major developers prior of its release to test their apps

so it is their duty to maintain optimization

app test bed consoles are already accessible to all developers to maintain their app compatibility with new hardware and os ..

so it is developers responsibility first to look after this

If I agree on your statement, so if the developers have conducted all the required test, that means there was no lag while playing pubg on the S10 series and that's why even samsung didn't raise this issue to the developers of PUBG..So, what happened after the release of this device? So definitely, there was some error of judgement between samsung and developers( not exactly pubg developers but in general ). Initially, if the testing was done and game was going good..so why this chaos..
Frankly, I am not a developer and my domain is different. Bhai, ek baat to hai ki is S10 series me bahut si problem hai and samsung should step forward and must address these issues..
Aur agar, aapki baat ko hi maana jaye to baki brand k handsets pe ye problem kyun ni hai? Ye india ki baat ni, google pe search karne me pata chalega ki ye worldwide issue hai..
I can understand, that you must ne having good knowledge about development and all, but company can't left their customers hanging like a pendulum saying that only developers of particular apps will gonna resolve your issue..

its completely a patent policy , so issues with devive while using an app is subject to developers not manufacturer of device

for you kind information PUBG report incident shows samsung has less issues than any other devices .. Apple , Samsung and Blackshark these three devices has less issues in pubg than others , confirm it by contacting pubg issue counter

Bro, I am not collecting information about each and every models, I am talking about s10+ and what you wrote, I answered that..agar developers ke pass device jaata hai to fir developers properly hardware k accordingly particular app ko optimize kare, fir company bhi dekhe, ki woh app thk work kar raha hai ya ni..fir aap launch karo apni device, this is my point..ek baar device launch ho gaya to fir kya company kuch bhi kehe..phone launch k baad to app developers hi responsibility lege company kyun legi, but initially aapne kya kiya, kya aapne apne device ko har conditions me check kiya, no they didn't, ni to ye naubat kyun aati.. rest,who cares about customers..so it's not about argument, it's about our interest..bhai, that's your perspective and all respect..and this is my view....you are correct in your own way..

Same situation here 🙋 before i update my phone(samsung A50) to android 10, Dolby atmos performed perfectly. But after the update when im playing pubg with dolby atmos turend on, it makes unnecessary  harmful noises and device begins to run slowly and game performs goes down. The main thing is after the update i cant even here that where does enemy exactly come from which mean dolby atmos is not working on its best performance. Sorrounding is **bleep**. Please help me to fix this 😪
