PDF reader

I have two queries

1. Do we have any application for reading PDF books on S 23 Ultra.

2. How to create the srt file for any video where someone is being interviewed. 

Shall very much appreciate if some expert can give his opinion.

1. Samsung notes app is available by default otherwise you can install adobe pdf reader from playstore
2. I don't know

Samsung Notes is the only official app for Samsung to open and edit document like PDF , word
Many Alternative 3rd party app avail are MS office by microsoft , PDF reader by Adobe, Pdf reader by google
