Hello everyone,
My name is AADHAV, and I've been using a Galaxy S21 FE 5G (EXYNOS) for about a year and a half now. Recently, I've been experiencing some concerning issues with my device. It's been overheating, especially when using apps like Instagram for just a few minutes.

Additionally, the back plastic panel seems to be detaching due to the glue melting from the heat. I've noticed the glue also melting onto the side aluminum frame, when it gets extremely hot. In fact, my silicon case has been damaged due to the heat.

Some key points:

- I always remove the back case while charging.

- I exclusively use Samsung's adapter and cable for charging. - The battery health seems normal with no signs of bulging.

- The area near the camera tends to heat up first.

I'm reaching out to the community for advice and possible solutions to this problem. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Some more tips to avoid heating:

Use slow charging if possible.

Don't use your phone in direct sunlight.

Restart your phone once in a while.

Use thermal guardian app to prevent heating

Use 60hz instead of 120hz refresh rate.

Ps: 5g causes more heating due to its bad modem in soc, so 4g or wifi is best in summers.

You need to download from apkmirror and install it manually along with good guardian app and set thermal threshold to lowest.

I don't see the additional setting option in my phone.

But I've installed the app and now I can track my thermals 🙏
Thanks a lot

It underclocks some cores to make it run cooler.
