Overheating and Battery draining after OneUI 4.0 update

Hi, I own Samsung S10e. Have received the One UI 4.0 update a few days ago. After the update the device was piping hot, few days later, the issue still exists! Is this any bug that could be fixed?

The latest phone temperature recorded was 42.2⁰C.

To Be Honest i haven't faced any of these issues in my S10 Lite ..

Even though my Phone's Performance have been increased little bit after One UI 4.0 ..

I'm not willing to reset my device. I need a solution which doesn't involve erasing data from my phone.

No it will not reset your device it will only clean temporary files which are not needed
