Overheating and Battery draining after OneUI 4.0 update

Hi, I own Samsung S10e. Have received the One UI 4.0 update a few days ago. After the update the device was piping hot, few days later, the issue still exists! Is this any bug that could be fixed?The latest phone temperature recorded was 42.2⁰C.
