Overheating In Galaxy S20

This Galaxy S20 that i bought in March is my biggest mistake.


I want a replacement unit. 

Have mailed at all possible levels. 

This thing overhears like a burner or a toaster. 

I have raised complaints everywhere but due to lockdown problem is not getting solved. 

After so many software updates still the problem is same and this exynos proc is the main problem. 

This heats even when surfing or even basic apps like insta and Fb or using WhatsApp for 10 mins. 

I dont know what kind of upgrade is this. 
My note 10 plus never heated and I so regret getting this phone. 

Galaxy S20 is so bad that I will not recommend it to anyone.

I've been using samsung phones for 10 years now and this time they have made a mess and fooling us with selling exynos variants and not the SD 865 variant

Anyone else facing this issue as on xda nd samsung EU forums I've dead that everyone is facing the same issue.

it's because of Exynos processor. usa & south Korea (home of samsung) get Snapdragon processor. don't buy samsung phones after seeing reviews of Snapdragon varient.

my s20 plus same issue... it sold out.. and my old s9 plus thus time use... better than s20 plus
