Over Heating Issue with S23

Hi Community,

I'm facing overheating issue with Galaxy S23, even in idle state phone gets heat itself. While using some apps, while playing games it is impossible to use it without cover. Using the phone with bare hands is quite impossible.

I called the customer care and provided some basic steps, reboot the phone, decrease the brightness, close the running apps and blah blah.

Does someone have any solution for this issue??

put unwanted apps in deep sleep, switch to light performance mode then
clear cache partition if this does not solve ur problem then do hard reset.
if these steps fail to solve ur issue then visit service centre.a

Apps are already in deep sleep and hard reset would not be feasible everytime.
