Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Settings> Lock screen> Notifications and turn On.
From here, you can customize the available settings:
1: Notification style: Choose between,
Icons only,
Details: If you'd like more information about a notification at a fast glance, choose Details
This option also lets you adjust notifications' transparency and auto-reverse their text color.
2: Transparency: Adjust the slider to see more of your Lock screen wallpaper behind the notification.
3: Auto-reverse text color: Automatically adjust the color of the notification text to make sure it's readable against your background.
4: Hide content: Hide notification content in the Notification panel.
5: Notifications to show: Enable either Alert and silent notifications, or Alert notifications only.
6: Show on Always On Display: Show or hide notifications when your Always On Display is active. This option may not be available on all devices or when you are using Power saving mode.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
