Opinion on AccuBattery Pro App

I have installed this app for a while now around 85 charging session are completely,  I was kind of stunned to see the battery health is down to 78%-11 months of usage S9Plus 

Can we say the health indications is correct? 

The app is having 4+ star rating in play store.

irony is that battery health downgradation mainly caused by these type of apps

these apps are worth for use. ¹ they damage battery also.
Now uninstall these types apps .
