I had my s22 ultra from past 1.5 year and its battery back up is just not up to the mark.
From past 1 year its only giving a Screen time of just 7 hours that too on POWER SAVING mode.
I cannot use 5g amd 120htz screen.
From the time i have got this, i have used 5G and 120htz screen just 10 times because the battery drains so quickly that if you are at 80%, it drops to 60% within 20mins with normal usage.
This is not how a flagship should work.

Is there anyone else facing the same problem??

I need to sell this rubbish box😤🙄

Kindly perform some quick troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue:
Please always use a standard charging procedure. Always charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of the battery and battery performance.
Perform Battery Optimization: Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:
Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory
Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc.
Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth & Location settings when not using them.
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: On the home screen swipe down the notification panel.
Step2: Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
Check device network fluctuation
Kindly check whether mobile network fluctuates frequently or network signal is low in your area. In both cases battery will drain considerably fast.
Recommendation: We recommend you to avoid usage in area with low network/fluctuation.
Reduce display brightness level
Kindly set the device display brightness in auto mode (If available).
Steps for setting display brightness in auto mode:
Swipe down on the home screen to open notification panel
Turn on Auto brightness option if available.
It will automatically adjust the display brightness of your device according to ambient light & will reduce the battery drainage.
Adjust screen timeout settings
Please follow the below steps:
Note: Steps and Images may vary according to OS.
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Display.
Step3: Tap Screen timeout.
Step4: Select minimum screen timeout.
Check and update the App
Kindly check which application is or interface is using more battery from device care. And try to update app or avoid using that app.
Close background running apps
''Multiple applications'' are running in the background of the device?
When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device. This happens with most electronic devices (even computers/laptops), including the devices of other manufacturers. Close all the background running apps when not using them,
How to close:
Tap on recent key and close the background running application.
Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data etc.
We request you to turn off the auto sync option, it will stop the synchronization of device with server & reduce the battery drainage.
Steps to turn off auto sync are:
1.Swipe down on the home screen to open notification panel.
2.Turn off auto sync option.
Check device in safe mode
Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.
Steps to enter into Safe Mode:
Method 1:
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Method 2:
1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.
Exit safe mode:
1. Press and hold volume down and power key for at least 5 seconds to force the device to restart.
2. Press and hold the power button on the right hand side and select restart on the screen.
3. Swipe down the notification panel to access it. Select the notification safe mode enabled and tap OK on the prompt to restart the device.
Step 3: Perform software update (If available)
Ensure stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via mobile network may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your phone.
