Hi Team Samsung I am using s24 ultra in this phone is am using one ui7 beta version Yesterday I visit Samsung service center and they said kindly format/Reset ur phone After that you get one ui8 stable version But still not get any update regarding software update Kindly help and sort out my concern
Bro, no need to go to service centre. Use SAMSUNG SMART SWITCH on desktop and can downgrade to ui 7. Done this last week. Back up ur data before doing that as entire phone will be flashed. Will take 2 hours almost.
