I can sideload oneui 7 beta right now but I don't know if I should.

I'm afraid my phone might be bricked or I won't get OTAs anymore 

Should I do it?

it's a S24 Ultra

You will not receive OTA updates until you are on a stable software version.

would I have to flash the stable version?

It's not wise to sideload the software from another region. Some things are different for different regions and they might mismatch later .

I'm sideloading from international version like I've checked all the boxes and it's correct
