Has anyone been facing issue with the download of oneUI7? Its been 3 hours still at 46%, no progress yet.

There might be case of server down due to huge surge in accessing and downloading update.
Please wait for some more time so that you will get good speed and it won't stuck as well.

I suppose so., but being such a larger group its surprising they dont have servers to handle this load.,

● Please take note of the following important instructions before proceeding with any software updates on your devices:
1. Ensure that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection on your mobile device. Downloading via a mobile network may result in additional charges.
2. Check that you have enough storage space available on your device to accommodate the updates.
3. Make sure your device has sufficient battery life for the update process (above 50%).
4. Kindly restart the device.
Path: Press the power and volume down keys simultaneously for a few seconds.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
