Why doesn't Samsung provide a native App Lock feature to lock individual apps?
We really need a way to protect personal apps, like the Gallery, when lending our phones to friends or strangers. Even basic budget phones from other brands have this feature built-in.
While Secure Folder is a great feature for completely hiding and securing personal data, it doesn't replace the need for a quick, simple app lock. For example, many parents just want to lock specific games so their children can't open them.
There are so many use cases for a straightforward app lock. I really hope the Samsung team considers adding this feature in a future One Ul update.
