One ui 8: Dynamic Clock Working In s23?

Looks like dynamic clock isn't working for me. Can you please tell me if it's same in your case?

Edit: Actually it is working but only with specific wallpapers. That's wierd😑🥱

It works only with humans and pets pictures. On Landscape pictures it will have no impact.
