As per your concern, we would request you kindly follow the below given steps by using the given link to update device softwere.
● Please take note of the following important instructions before proceeding with any software updates on your devices:
1. Ensure that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection on your mobile device. Downloading via a mobile network may result in additional charges.
2. Check that you have enough storage space available on your device to accommodate the updates.
3. Make sure your device has sufficient battery life for the update process (above 50%).
4. Kindly restart the device.
Path: Press the power and volume down keys simultaneously for a few seconds.
● Update device software: Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
