Be happy brother becuz after updating beta 1 on s23 U users reporting battery drain issue, I too tried to get the beta but thank God I received the same message that you get

You can no longer enrol for the beta program in S23 series as it has already been closed. However you will get the stable update of One UI 7 for S23 in April.
