If your are not eligible to fulfill your service to your premium customer, then why are you promising to give updates on time? I am using s23 and I am buying this phone in 70k. And one my friend buying a oneplus 11r. He got a android 15 update. It buy only 40k. This is not good. If you couldn't gave a good service then please do not any promises.
