One ui 7 stable update?

Few days ago indian beta team said the one ui 7 beta is close, then now some leaks coming and they said the one ui 7 stable update start from 18th of april. I don't no if one ui 7 beta already close then why they are rolling out one ui 7 so late. Believe me, now Samsung team playing game with us all Samsung users.
