To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
Same problem of favourite contacts not showing on top. Instead recently added contacts are shown at top. Counter intuitive and spoils the user experience. Pls restore the one ui6 contacts sequence of favorites on top.
I don't know to disable it, but I found that if you click the name on the recents list and click the info option to view the contact card, it will be removed from the recents list when you go back to the contacts list. I did that for every contact that was showing and now my favorites are back at the top. I haven't started my phone or anything to see if it sticks.
