Clear the device cache via recovery mode.
This is recommended after all the oneUI major updates

Power off. Then press vol up + power button. You boot into recovery and will get recovery menu. Select to clear device cache and then select reboot. Careful with what you do.

RESETTING THE NETWORK MAY HELP.

Follow the steps:

Settings > (go down 👇) General management > (go down 👇) Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings > Select 'SIM 1' > Click 'Reset Settings' > Give Password > Continue.

- ALSO, DO THE SAME FOR 'SIM 2'.
