Hello samsung members 
I'm a s23 ultra user
I recently updated phone to one ui 6.1 
& I'm observing that there are some lags on lock screen even on notification panel, stuttering screen ,slow charging 

Is there anyone who is facing the same problem ?

I googled this so I got to know that there are many users who are facing different types of problems

Reply ASAP if someone is facing this type of problems...

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Most of the users seems to have same complaint about battery drain, lag, camera quality downgrades. I would say wait for April update, may be samsung would fix those issues with updates.

As per your query about the lagging issue and shuttering sound, we would request you that kindly share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application. To share a log file, Click on Samsung Members Application > Support > Tap on error report > Type your query >Tap on send.

Please also share the screenshot or video regarding your concern and choose the above-given error report path for further process, you will surely get the best possible resolution. Our technical team will revert you regarding the same as soon as possible.
