The firmware date changes daily if some or more people checks (use Sherlock script to decrypt) for any new build. This is a known bug and it doesn't mean that a new firmware is being tested. One builds are tested only after the build number changes, and not the date.

Also, Salmon Memon is the decrypter. He checks if samsung has updated any new test firmware on their server, and not the tester himself.

That means update jald hi aayega. Usually agar build change nahi hua to 3 se 5 hafte me update aa jata hai aur agar aisa ho ki jyade din tak build change na ho aur ek din achanak se ho jaye, to Samsung pehle wala build release kardega aur uske kuch dino/hafto baad ek aur stability update dega jaise ki A52 aur A72 ke case me.

Vo sayad kisi aur country ki baat kar rha jisme GVK8 test build server pe aa chuka hoga. Sayad India me bhi aa jaye jald hi.

Generally, Germany, Vietnam, etc pe pehle build test hote hai aur baad me dusre countries me lekin aisa bhi hota hai ki bahut countries me ek baar hi build test ho jaaye.
